FAQ’S

  • We are located along highway M-35, approximately 20 minutes from Menominee.

    International Travellers – Delta Airport (Escanaba)

    We will provide you with the exact address prior to check-in.

  • Yes! We view pets as being part of the family and are happy to host up to two well behaved pets.  Please be sure to clean up after your pets, bags are provided. There is a pet fee that you can easily add to your reservation upon booking.

  • Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is a 11am unless prearranged with your hosts.

  • We understand that sometimes life happens and reservations need to be altered. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Deposits are non- refundable if cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to check-in.

  • Yes! We provide plenty of firewood for our guests to use for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit on the beach.

  • Yes! Whether you’re working from home or needing to stay in touch, you can find comfort in knowing our wifi is strong, free and unlimited.

  • No. Booking with us directly will save you hidden fees and costs found on popular third party booking platforms.

  • The area:

    — As we are located directly on the water/beach, guests with small children will have to keep an eye on their children at all times.

    — Swim at your own risk with both the hot tub and lake.

    Safety devices:

    — There is a security camera above the garage door facing the driveway, a security camera facing the beach as we do not have a fenced in back yard, and a ring doorbell camera outside the front entrance door. They record 24/7.

    — A carbon monoxide alarm is installed.

    — A smoke alarm is installed. 

    — We have a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire safety blankets on site.

  • We have two window a/c units that we install seasonally, one in each bedroom.

    • No excessive fires.

    • Please clean up after your pets. Please do not let pets on beds or furniture.

    • Respect the house and neighbors.

    • Please do not smoke in the hot tub or bring any glass or food into the hot tub.

    • Only 6 guests are permitted.
